Prismacolors are a set of amazing pencils. They offer the ease of use of a pencil, but have the ability to blend in the much the same way as paint. People are often shocked when I tell them that one of my Prismacolor drawings was done with colored pencils. They almost always say that they thought it was a painting. The above prices are based on size of viewable area when framed in a standard frame. The actual dimensions of the frame you select will be larger than the viewable area and will depend upon your choices including frame-size selection, matte selections and personal taste. Unless other arrangements have been discussed, portraits are sold unframed. I will be more than happy to select matte treatments and frames and/or have the work professionally framed for you for an additional cost which will be discussed ahead of time.
